DT 7v7
Welcome to Year 4 of Deliberate Training 7v7. We are excited to have the opportunity to play an integral part in your student-athletes development this off-season. We aim to provide an unparalleled experience for each and every one of our athletes.
In a short time, DT has built the reputation of being one of the most completive 7v7 programs in all of California. We believe that our success can be directly correlated to the investments that our coaches make in enhancing our player's football IQ and fundamentals. All of our coaches have experience playing Collegiate/Pro Football, coaching, or training high-caliber athletes.
What makes DT 7v7 unique is our holistic approach to student-athlete development. Our program permeates a culture of Respect and Learning. This is much more than just 7v7.
In 2023 we plan on having our best season yet with more streamlined communication, scheduling, and more resources to help our athletes succeed.

Meet Our Coaches
Stephen Amoako
Owner and Founder of Deliberate Training. Coach Amoako formerly played his collegiate football at The University of Oregon as a Defensive back. As a recruit Coach, Amoako was a consensus 3-star athlete and garnered over 16 division 1 offers. Coach Amoako is currently the Wide Receivers and Special Teams Coordinator at the College of San Mateo.
Eric Amoako
Owner and Founder of Deliberate Training. Coach Amoako formerly played his collegiate career at the University of Oregon and Minnesota. Coach Eric was a national recruit who received 15+ offers after a stellar high school career at Arlington Martin High School in Texas. Coach Amoako is currently coaching D1 football at the University of Washington.
Chris Seisay
Head Coach Deliberate Training Hot Boyz. Coach Seisay played his collegiate career at the University of Oregon and Portland State University. In 2019 Coach Seisay was signed as an undrafted free agent to the Green Bay Packers. As a high school recruit, Coach Seisay was a 4-star recruit by all major scouting services. Coach Seisay has played a vital role in the development of the defensive skill players in our program
Isaac Marquez
General Manager and Head Coach of 14U. Coach Isaac has been coaching with Deliberate Training since its beginning in 2019. Coach Marquez is currently the head coach and offensive coordinator for the San Jose Hitsquad 14U youth program. Coach Marquez has coached and developed several of the best athletes in the Bay Area including his own son Kavir Bains who is a D1 football player at UC Davis.
Jonathan Marquez
Head Coach / Offensive Coordinator DT Elite. Coach Jonathan was a JUCO All- American at San Jose City College as a Tight End before taking his talents to Tiffin University as a scholarship student-athlete. Coach Marquez is currently the Wide Receivers and Special Teams Coordinator at De Anza College. Coach Marquez has developed several collegiate athletes during his tenure at De Anza College.
Coach Eddie Stoner
Human Performance Coach. Coach Stoner is our lead Human Performance Coach and Defensive Coordinator for several teams. Coach Stoner has extensive knowledge and certifications when it comes to training athletes to be physically at their peak. In the past year Coach Stoner has completed internships with both Stanford and San Jose State University. Coach Stoner is the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at De Anza College.
